Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience for mid level candidates.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience for senior level candidates.
• Experience within foreclosure and/or collections.
• Active admission in the relevant state.
• Ability to independently manage your own workload.
• Strong technical legal skills and the ability to handle matters with limited supervision.
• Stable employment history strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across foreclosure and/or collections matters.
• Handle matters independently from day to day.
• Work closely with the wider legal team as the practice continues to grow.
• Support the effective management of team workloads.
• Senior attorneys will have the opportunity to train and mentor other attorneys.
• Senior candidates may also have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibility across either the foreclosure or collections practice, or potentially both.
