  • Maintain accuracy and deadlines while handling high-volume caseload.

About The Opportunity

Our client is a growing multi-state law firm representing mortgage servicers, financial institutions, investors, and other clients in state and federal courts. The firm focuses on foreclosure, creditors' rights, collections, bankruptcy, evictions, loss mitigation, and related real estate and financial services litigation.

The firm is seeking a motivated Attorney to handle foreclosure, collections, and litigation matters. Foreclosure experience is highly valued, but the firm is willing to train a motivated attorney with strong litigation fundamentals and a desire to develop expertise in foreclosure law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for foreclosure, collections, and litigation matters.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings.
  • Negotiate settlements and work toward timely and efficient case resolution.
  • Attend trials as needed and present well-prepared legal arguments.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, strategy, and legal developments.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop and implement case strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on applicable case law, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy, deadlines, and quality of work.
