The program runs ~12 weeks and includes leadership sessions, one-on-one mentoring, and opportunities to present results to company leaders. Hybrid office presence is required in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Strong aptitude for data analysis and quantitative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with supply chain, retail, and consumer goods industries preferred.
• Coursework or experience in programming, coding, or data-related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, support, and continuous improvement of demand planning systems and technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system solutions and optimize workflows.
• Evaluate machine-learning settings in the RELEX module, focusing on the role of weather data in retail forecasting.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen forecast performance and inform the superuser team.
