Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 1–3 years of demand planning or analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP data tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, and trends.
• Analyze forecast performance and identify root causes of variances.
• Prepare monthly demand planning reports with KPI metrics.
• Support the monthly Demand Consensus process with data and analyses.
• Maintain forecast master data and planning parameters in SAP.
• Assist with customer, product, and market demand analyses.
• Support new product launches and transitions from a demand planning view.
• Develop and automate reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure data accuracy.
• Suggest process improvements to increase forecasting efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for Senior Demand Planners and leadership.
