Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
• 2-3+ years of related experience in retail Planning.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior-level leaders.
• Ability to thrive in team-based settings and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners.
• Desire to take on responsibility of running a portion of a multi-billion-dollar business.
• Experience with trend analysis and event forecasting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing analysis of historical selling patterns and early indicators helping to predict location selling that drive supply chain decisions and influence product placement.
• Using exception-based analysis to improve forecast accuracy to achieve preseason financial strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies and manage profitability.
• Researching global market customer migration patterns to provide actionable forecast insights.
• Presenting forecast and inventory analysis performance to senior leadership aligned with financial objectives.
