Diehl Ford of Sharon is actively seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our busy Ford service department in Sharon, PA. The role offers an opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually with potential for more based on your experience, certifications, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous professional automotive technician or auto mechanic experience.
• ASE equipment and diagnostic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and vehicle performance concerns.
• Perform engine and powertrain diagnostics and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair transmissions and drivetrain components.
• Perform steering and suspension repairs.
• Diagnose and repair brake systems.
• Perform HVAC and climate-control diagnosis and repair.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Use modern automotive diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and Ford manufacturer diagnostic resources.
• Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair work as assigned.
• Accurately document vehicle diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with automotive service advisors
• Follow Ford and dealership repair procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain an organized and professional work area
• Complete repairs correctly, safely, and efficiently.
