Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional automotive technician experience.
- Ford Master Certification preferred; Ford-certified technicians encouraged to apply.
- Strong diagnostic, electrical troubleshooting, and advanced mechanical repair skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and computerized systems on Ford cars, trucks, and SUVs.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs involving engines, transmissions, drivetrains, steering, suspension, braking, and electrical systems.
- Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and software to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
- Complete repairs, warranty work, and maintenance to Ford manufacturer specs and dealership standards.
- Document diagnostic findings, repairs, and recommendations and communicate with Service Advisors.
