  • Track and report savings performance, realized vs. forecasted results
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and performance management
You'll have...
Minimum
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement and ownership of supplier relationships and spend categories
  • 5+ years of proven ability to deliver measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and demand optimization, including managing spend portfolios and tracking forecasted vs. realized results
  • Strong analytical capability, including evaluating supplier cost structures (materials, labor, overhead, logistics, packaging) to drive cost control and mitigate increases
  • Demonstrated success managing complex commodities and developing effective sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results
