Job summary

The Hutchinson Automotive Group in Georgia is hiring entry-level General Service Technicians and veteran Master Technicians to join our growing Fleet and Pre-Owned team. Earn a signing bonus and a competitive annual salary in a team‑oriented, customer‑focused environment.

We provide hands-on training, ASE Certification reimbursement, and incentives. Candidates must be ASE certified, have a valid driver’s license, and bring their own tools.

Qualifications

• Must be ASE certified and a certified technician.
• Minimum 3 years of technician experience, B-Level or above.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be 18+.
• Provide own tools and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conducts vehicle inspections for mechanical services.
• Performs general mechanical repairs.
• Assist in the Tire installation, balancing, and repairing.
• Perform schedule maintenance services on vehicles.

Our Fleet and Pre-Owned business is growing, and we are seeking individuals join our dynamic team. We need entry-level General Service Technicians and veteran Master Technicians

Up to $5,000 signing bonus for the right candidate!

$100,000.00 TO 130,000.00 per year*

• Must be a certified technician
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, 18 years of age or older, willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• *Based on 38-50 FRH weekly!

Here is What We Need From You

• Produce a minimum of 45 hours per 40 hour work week with less than 3% comebacks
• Diagnose quickly, decisively and accurately
• Have a clean, professional appearance and manner
• Have the desire to further your skills and attend ongoing training
• Provide own tools
• Be ASE certified
• Have a minimum of 3 years technician experience, B-Level or above.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and clean DMV driving record
