Job summary

Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, ND is seeking a Ford Certified Technician to diagnose and repair Ford vehicles, following Ford’s repair procedures. This full-time role offers above market pay, competitive benefits, and a sign-on bonus up to $24,000 for eligible applicants.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of dealership experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work well with service advisors in a busy shop environment. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

3+ year dealership technician / mechanic experience.
Identify client's concerns quickly.
Able to learn new automotive technology; repair procedures & specifications.
Strong knowledge base of light/medium duty trucks.
Diesel engine knowledge helpful and compensated.
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission and air conditioning.
Inspect customers’ vehicles and provide necessary repair recommendations to service advisors.
Read and comprehend written instructions and information.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
Communicate effectively with service advisors.
