You’ll diagnose, repair, document, and communicate with advisors, stay current with Ford training, and enjoy top pay, paid factory training, and benefits like health insurance and tuition assistance.

REQUIREMENTS

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Own basic professional tools
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Ford certifications and dealership experience strongly preferred.
