Hilbish Ford in Kannapolis, NC is seeking an experienced Ford Certified Service Technician to join our busy service team. The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle models with attention to quality and timely communication with customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, good communication, and a team-player attitude. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) benefits in a supportive dealership environment.

Formación

• Previous experience as an auto technician preferred.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast, eager learner and team player.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Other duties assigned.

Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:
