Loveland Ford Lincoln in Loveland, CO is seeking an experienced Ford-certified technician with diesel repair background. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles, communicate clearly with service advisors, and ensure warranty work meets factory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles to verify concerns and ensure proper repairs.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor so customers are informed if any additional service is needed; complete online multi-point inspection report.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on a wide range of Fords as well as other Makes and Models.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and/or management so customers are informed of any repairs or service needed.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for initial and additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications; complete all warranty documentation to factory standards, return warranty parts and cores per manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Previous DIESEL repair experience at a Ford dealership.

• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
