Qualifications

• Ford certification required.
• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred.
• B-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Previous Ford dealership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all repair work listed on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Identify and repair issues across engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
• Operate diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to test vehicle components and systems.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to verify repair quality and confirm proper operation.
• Communicate additional service needs and accurate time estimates to the Service Advisor so customers stay informed.
• Handle warranty repairs in full compliance with Ford manufacturer specifications and documentation requirements.
