LMI seeks a Force Management Operations Lead to support a Department of War mission partner J9 in transitioning validated autonomous capabilities into enduring force structure, doctrine, concepts, organizational design, and modernization plans. The lead develops roadmaps that align capability fielding with force design decisions and coordinates with Service modernization organizations, the Joint Staff, combatant commands, and the J8. The ideal candidate understands how experimentation and operational demand become institutionalized capability across the Joint Force. This position requires on-site support in the National Capital Region and an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. The position requires periodic travel to supported commands, operational units, exercises, test events, and industry locations.

Target salary range: $178,000 - $220,000
