Job summary

gpac, a national recruiting firm, is seeking a Forage and Native Seed Sales Specialist in the southeast Washington region to join our client company in-office with minimal travel to landowners and industry events.

You will learn the seed product line, build relationships, and advise on range and restoration projects. Applicants should have 4-year degree in relevant field and 2–4 years in ag sales; strong communication and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Agriculture, Botany, Environmental Science or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of agricultural industry sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of forage and native grasses is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Make recommendations to customers on range and restoration projects.
• Understand regional seed markets and trends.
• Attend industry events and trade shows.
