Tired of watching politicians work for everyone but us? Join our team to elect progressive candidates by talking to voters about issues that matter.

Full and part time positions available — flexible hours. Full time positions come with full day-1 health insurance. For Our Future is hiring Voter Contact Organizers to help elect pro-working families candidates — people focused on getting money out of politics and back into our paychecks. Paid training, full-time through at least Election Day.

Earn $23.34/hour through November 3, plus a $300 sign-on bonus and additional retention and referral incentives!

Eligible new hires can earn up to $1,050 in sign-on and retention bonuses for full-time positions or $900 for part-time positions, excluding referral bonuses, gas-card incentives, and the GOTV bonus.

These amounts include:

• $300 sign-on bonus after completing 10 verified canvass shifts by November 3.

• $500 full-time retention bonus after completing 10 scheduled canvass shifts from October 16 through October 30.

• $350 part-time retention bonus after completing seven scheduled shifts during that period.

• $250 GOTV bonus after completing one qualifying scheduled shift on each day from October 31 through November 3. This bonus is separate from the advertised sign-on and retention totals.

• $150 referral bonus per qualifying referral, with repeat awards available. The referral must be recorded before the referred employee is hired, and the referred employee must complete 10 verified canvass shifts by November 3. Only one referrer may receive a bonus for each hire.

• Gas-card incentives may also be available under program guidelines.
