Job summary

Journeys is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to deliver a fun, full-service shopping experience across our stores. You will assist customers, stay on top of fashion trends, and support store operations to meet sales goals.

You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn. Night and weekend shifts may be required, and candidates must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Perform all Operations/Loss Prevention procedures according to policies.
• Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization.
• Effectively communicate store needs to management.
• Stay informed of current fashion trends.
• Complete all POS functions as required.
• Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers.
• Complete all required training.
• Demonstrate Journeys culture to the team.
