San Antonio Shoemakers is seeking a Retail Store Associate to greet customers, fit shoes, and guide them through product categories. You will operate POS systems, manage daily store procedures, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Enthusiasm for the brand and reliable attendance are expected.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day store opening and closing procedures.
• Make weekly bank deposits.
• Provide a friendly welcoming environment, greet and acknowledge every customer.
• Help customers try on shoes and fit them with SAS footwear.
• Show different categories of shoes, handbags, and shoe care products.
• Operate POS systems for sales, returns, and transfers.
• Build product knowledge and demonstrate enthusiasm for SAS products.
