Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our California locations. This role supports delivering a fun, high-energy shopping experience and helps maintain a clean, organized store while selling shoes.

Candidates should be 18+ (16+ with permits), have open weekend availability, and bring enthusiasm to a fast-paced retail team. Prior customer service and athletic footwear experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Fun and outgoing
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful
• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes is a plus
