Job summary

Red Wing Shoes is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Tacoma, WA to promote our brand and build loyal customer relationships. You will guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience, recommend accessories, and help drive daily sales goals while maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment.

You’ll work with a team to deliver exceptional service, learn product knowledge, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Results oriented with strong communication.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Computer utilization and basic tech aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support Red Wing brand through professional selling and customer service.
• Guide each customer through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit Experience.
• Provide accessory recommendations and educate customers on benefits.
• Generate Industrial Sales Leads and achieve daily sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning and training.
• Support daily operations and ensure a safe work environment.
