San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS) is seeking a Retail Store Associate in Meridian, ID. You will provide a friendly, knowledgeable customer experience, assist customers with shoe fitting, and operate the POS system to ring sales and handle returns.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalents.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store following SAS standards and service philosophy.
• Make weekly bank deposits.
• Greet customers and engage them as they enter the store.
• Assist customers to try on shoes, measure feet and fit SAS shoes.
• Show categories of shoes, handbags, and shoe care products.
• Operate POS for sales, returns, and transfers.
• Gain product knowledge and promote SAS products and philosophy.
• Work scheduled hours and complete special projects as needed.
