Bass Pro Shops seeks a Retail Specialist-Footwear in Springfield, MO. You will partner with Merchandising and Store Ops to develop footwear assortments, signage, and display standards, while driving customer service and data-driven improvements.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and Excel proficiency, with occasional travel for openings and outfitter training. This is a full-time position at Bass Pro Shops Base Camp.

Responsabilités

• Analyze sales and inventory data to detect trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Review regional store sales to identify under/over-performing locations.
• Coordinate with Merchants and Stores on assortment needs, stock levels, space planning and capacity.
• Communicate brand priorities, promotions and new product launches to retail teams.
• Support new store openings and outfitter training.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires.
• Manage customer requests and special orders in a timely manner.
