Job summary

ECCO is hiring a Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate to drive store performance and deliver a World Class shopping experience. You will educate guests on product features, operate the cash register, and maintain displays and stock through shipments and counts.

Adherence to ECCO policies and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential. Applicants should be able to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused environment on site at ECCO

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to educate guests on product features.
• Ability to prioritize work and maintain organization.
• Experience with cash handling and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests with product knowledge to assist buying decisions.
• Operate cash register and handle drawer with accountability.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage shipments, stock counts, and displays.
• Adhere to ECCO policies including scheduling and dress code.
• Contribute to loss prevention and ensure a World Class shopping experience.
