Job summary

PUREM is seeking an Entry-Level Footprint & Capacity Planning Analyst to help develop enterprise-wide manufacturing footprint and capacity strategies across multiple plants. You will analyze capacity, utilization, and scenarios to guide strategic decisions and support leadership with data-backed insights.

You will collaborate with operations, industrial engineering, finance, and commercial teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, build capacity models, and prepare executive-ready reports

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support short-term, mid-term, and long-term manufacturing footprint and capacity planning activities.
• Analyze manufacturing capacity, utilization, and loading across multiple facilities.
• Develop and maintain capacity models for manufacturing plants, production lines, and work centers.
• Evaluate manufacturing network capabilities to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and productivity opportunities.
• Assist in evaluating plant expansion, consolidation, relocation, and footprint optimization opportunities.
• Perform manufacturing footprint scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
• Support capital planning by identifying future capacity requirements and investment needs.
• Prepare reports, business cases, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Support make-versus-buy and insourcing versus outsourcing assessments.
