Rutgers University is seeking an Assistant Director of Football Operations to support the football program. The role reports to the Head Football Coach and Director of Football Operations and involves coordinating practice, travel, gameday operations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with events, bowl game planning, and business office interactions. The position emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and familiarity with NCAA rules and Big Ten procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, and administrative experience.
• A valid driver's license would be required for this position.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow up and follow through.
• Knowledge of the Big Ten Football Conference and NCAA rules and regulations, particularly in regard to recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Team practice setup and operations.
• Assist with Team travel coordination.
• Assist with Gameday setup and operations.
• Assists with all administrative functions assigned by the head coach.
• Assist with Special event planning and operations.
• Assist with Bowl Game planning and operations.
• Assist with business office interactions.
