Join AMAZE Sports Group as a Football Operations Intern and gain hands‑on experience in the fast-paced world of professional sports management. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to work directly with our athlete representation team, supporting football players in their career development, contract negotiations, and brand partnerships. You'll be involved in day-to-day operations while learning the intricacies of athlete management, NIL deals, and sports business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with client communications and relationship management for football players
  • Support contract analysis and negotiation preparation
  • Research and identify NIL and endorsement opportunities for clients
  • Help coordinate brand partnership meetings and activations
  • Maintain client databases and track performance metrics
  • Assist with social media content creation and management for clients
  • Support event planning and execution for client appearances and signings
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports for client meetings

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong passion for football and deep understanding of the sport
  • Knowledge of current NFL players, college football prospects, and industry trends
  • Understanding of NIL regulations and athlete representation landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with high‑profile clients
  • Pursuing or completed degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Previous internship or work experience in sports, entertainment, or related industry preferred
