Job summary

Revo/i-Health is seeking a Football Skills Coach to lead linemen-specific drills and foster improvement in stance, footwork, pass protection and run blocking. The role is casual, with a variable schedule based on department needs and Training HAUS programs inside TCO/Training HAUS facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years coaching linemen, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and CPR/BLS certification. Collaboration with therapists and sport coaches is essential to deliver safe, effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Coaching, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Nutrition and Wellness, Athletic Training or Physical Therapy.
• 1–2 years of experience coaching football offensive and defensive linemen.
• Proof of up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain routine schedule of skills and drills as advertised and promoted through Training HAUS.
• Develop rapport with high level clients engaging in football skills/drills.
• Provide instruction of football skills within curriculum and proper drill progression.
• Communicate professionally with coaches and coworkers.
• Collaborate with therapy managers, physical therapists and sports performance coaches as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and clients.
• Report safety or incident concerns to supervisor.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
