Job summary

Natrona County School District #1 Poison Spider K-8 in Casper, Wyoming seeks a Poison Spider Football Coach Aide to support head and assistant coaching duties as an open, at-will co-curricular volunteer.

The position requires a high school diploma, afternoon/evening/weekend availability, and collaboration with the Athletic Director and administration to manage practice times, contests, equipment, safety, and student-athlete conduct for the football program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work afternoons, evenings, nights & weekends (not Sundays) to provide the necessary practice time and game schedule.
• Cooperate and coordinate with the Assistant Principal/AD or Athletics/Activities Designee and/or Administrator on all matters about scheduling contests, practice schedules, and meetings.
• Ensure safety, equipment checks, and adherence to district policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of contests and practice sessions.
• Assist with distribution and inventory of equipment and uniforms.
• Supervise student-athletes and enforce the code of conduct.
• Attend coaches meetings and complete district-required compliance training.
