Atlas Search in Ocean County, NJ is seeking a skilled Podiatrist (DPM) to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for foot and ankle conditions within a collaborative orthopedic and sports medicine practice.

The role offers a path toward leadership and practice growth, with opportunities to work alongside surgeons, vascular specialists, physical therapists, and advanced practitioners in a integrated care model.

Formación

• Must hold a DPM from an accredited institution.
• Completion of PMSR/RRA residency program.
• Board Qualified or Board Certified.
• Eligible for unrestricted New Jersey podiatric licensure.
• Fellowship in Foot & Ankle Reconstruction, Trauma, Sports Medicine, or Limb Salvage.
• Strong interest in leadership and practice growth opportunities.
• Competitive base salary with potential first-year bonus and productivity incentives.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat foot and ankle conditions.
• Perform forefoot/rearfoot reconstruction, ankle arthroscopy, tendon repair, fracture fixation.
• Interpret X-rays, MRI, CT, ultrasound; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgery, physical therapy, pain management, and vascular medicine teams.
• Build referral relationships with internal and external providers.
• Mentor physician assistants, medical assistants, and clinical support staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth efforts.
