7 Link Solutions is recruiting a Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon (DPM) for a premier Essex County group in East Orange, NJ. The role provides a turnkey outpatient setup with on‑site DME, supported by a high‑volume internal referral stream from PCPs, Endocrinology, and Cardiology providers.

The surgeon will manage a robust podiatric panel, perform elective and reconstructive procedures at regional centers, and collaborate with endocrinologists and PCPs, in a 1099

Qualifications

• DPM degree with 36‑month PMSR/RRA residency completed.
• Active New Jersey medical license, CDS and DEA (or in progress).
• Board Certified or Board Qualified by ABFAS.
• 1+ year post-residency in Northern NJ with established patient following.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient podiatric care including diabetic foot management, wound care and biomechanics.
• In‑office DME dispensing and custom orthotics to optimize outcomes and revenue.
• Elective, trauma and reconstructive foot/ankle surgery at partner facilities.
• Collaborate with on-site endocrinologists and PCPs for limb-preservation care.
• Maintain high-fidelity documentation within an integrated EMR.

Position Summary

7 Link Solutions is recruiting a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon (DPM) on behalf of a premier, multi-site healthcare group in Essex County, New Jersey.

We are specifically seeking an established practitioner or experienced associate with prior clinical presence in the North Jersey market (Essex, Hudson, Union, or Passaic counties) and a transferable patient following.

This role offers a turnkey outpatient clinical setup at an established East Orange location. The incoming surgeon will capture immediate local market share while tapping into a high-volume internal referral stream driven by on-site Primary Care, Endocrinology, and Cardiology providers.

The surgeon will manage a robust outpatient podiatric panel, utilize in-office DME dispensing, and perform elective and reconstructive surgical procedures at regional ambulatory surgery centers and partner hospital facilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Outpatient Clinical Care: Deliver comprehensive podiatric care, including diabetic foot management, wound care, biomechanical evaluations, and conservative musculoskeletal treatments.
• In-Office Ancillaries: Utilize direct in-office DME dispensing (CAM boots, surgical shoes, ankle braces) and custom orthotics to optimize clinical outcomes and capture ancillary revenue.
• Surgical Interventions: Perform elective, trauma, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgical procedures at regional partner facilities.
• Integrated Care: Collaborate directly with on-site endocrinologists and primary care physicians to deliver comprehensive limb-preservation care.
• Documentation: Maintain prompt, high-fidelity documentation within an integrated Epic EMR platform.

Qualifications & Regional Experience

• Education & Residency: Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited institution with successful completion of a 36-month PMSR/RRA residency.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and Federal DEA registration (or in progress).
• Board Standing: Board Certified or Board Qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
• Local Market Preference: 1+ years of post-residency clinical experience in Northern New Jersey with an established patient following or strong local provider referral ties is strongly preferred.
