This full-time role provides a base salary of $160,000 plus a 20% productivity bonus, health insurance options, and a 401(k) plan. New graduates are encouraged to apply and grow a diverse practice.

Qualifications

• DPM degree required
• Active or eligible NJ Podiatry License
• DEA and New Jersey CDS registration
• Eligible for hospital/surgical privileges
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
• Willingness to travel between Northern NJ locations
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a broad range of foot and ankle conditions
• Provide conservative and surgical podiatric care
• Perform office-based procedures and foot & ankle surgery within scope and credentials
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment options
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Provide coverage at additional practice locations as needed
