Orthopaedics Northeast (ONE) seeks a fellowship-trained, BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-volume clinic in Auburn, Indiana. This full-time, employed role offers autonomy within a private practice model and a ready-to-treat patient panel.

The candidate will oversee one APP, work a standard weekday schedule, and join a collaborative, colleague-first culture with turnkey facilities and on-site services. Indiana license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency program.
• Fellowship training in a subspecialty (General, Spine, Sports, Trauma, or Adult Reconstructive) is highly preferred.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) or equivalent.
• Active license—or eligibility to obtain unrestricted licensure—to practice medicine in the State of Indiana.
• Open to both seasoned attending surgeons and current fellows or residents preparing for upcoming graduation.

Responsibilities

• Join an established, high-volume clinic in Auburn, IN.
• Step into a replacement position for a departing physician.
• Oversee one APP to assist with clinic flow, pre-op, and post-op care.
• Operate in a turnkey practice environment with on-site ancillary services.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (No night or weekend office hours).
