Job summary

UNC Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with Foot & Ankle Fellowship training to join a growing, physician-owned practice in the Triangle region of North Carolina. The incoming physician will manage a full spectrum of Foot & Ankle pathology, from routine conditions to complex reconstruction and total ankle replacement.

Call responsibilities include APP-provided first-call coverage, orthopedic ER call about three times per month, and weekend call as required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with medical license in good standing.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Completion of an accredited Foot & Ankle Fellowship.
• Interest in practicing the full breadth of Foot & Ankle surgery.

Responsibilities

• Join a physician-owned Foot & Ankle program serving the Triangle region.
• Manage the full spectrum of Foot & Ankle pathology from routine conditions to complex reconstruction, trauma, and total ankle replacement.
• Provide APP-assisted first-call coverage; orthopedic ER call ~3 times per month; weekend call as needed.
