Orthopaedic Associates of New Orleans (OANO) is seeking a BE/BC, Fellowship-Trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join our established practice in New Orleans, Louisiana. The role offers a strong referral base, excellent clinical support, and a clear pathway to partnership.

Join as an associate physician with a guaranteed base salary for two years, a productivity bonus model, and additional call pay. Two clinical locations, team of surgeons and PAs, and comprehensive operational support provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery with fellowship in foot & ankle.
• Fellowship-trained in foot and ankle surgery.
• Ability to work in a team-based orthopedic practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform foot and ankle surgical procedures with expertise.
• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care for lower extremity conditions.
• Participate in on-call coverage on a 1:5 schedule and contribute to clinic and hospital duties.
