Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food according to recipes, production records, and safety standardsMaintain a clean, safe kitchen and service areaStock serving lines, salad bars, and milk coolersFollow proper procedures for food storage, rotation, and sanitationServe meals to students, staff, and visitors in a courteous mannerAssist with putting away deliveries and organizing inventorySweep, mop, and take out trash as neededFollow all local, state, federal, and company health regulationsStep in to assist team members or cover shifts as neededSubmit reports and meet deadlines as assignedCarry out any additional duties to support the kitchen team and school meal program

Qualifications

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyRegular bending, reaching, walking, and use of handsModerate kitchen noise and frequent movement in fast-paced settingsFull-time schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional extended weeksMay require participation in company events or meetings
