Qualifications

• 2+ years of foodservice management experience.
• ServeSafe Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee all tasks and duties of Team Members.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
• Ensure proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-service options.
• Inspect facilities/equipment in collaboration with Store Director and third-party inspectors.

• Lead by Example: Be a team player by fulling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
• Team Development:Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members.
• Facility Maintenance:Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
