Job summary

Batchline Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Westampton facility. The role involves preparing and packaging meal boxes, measuring ingredients, labeling items, and supporting shipping and receiving within a GMP environment.

You will work in a refrigerated space (-9°F to 42°F) for 8+ hours, with shifts including weekends as needed. Strong attention to detail, reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with food handling, warehouse operations or related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or in a group.
• Ability to read and understand English manuals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, hardworking and a team player.
• Must demonstrate Batchline Solutions values.
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (-9°F to 42°F) for 8+ hours and in some instances in a dark environment.
• Ability to work varying shifts, long hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and store food items in the prep area according to weekly recipe specs.
• Measure, weigh, and containerize ingredients for packing.
• Assemble boxes, insert meal packages, insulate, label and package items.
• Label and pack prepared items into meal bags and store per order Requests.
• Provide admin support with labels, stickers and menu cards organizing.
• Facilitate receiving and shipping in Operations area.
• Maintain a safe, orderly workspace and follow GMP and safety policies.
