Role Overview

Co-Operator (non-driver) required for Wednesday–Sunday availability, 30–40 hours per week. Responsibilities include supporting the Truck Operator with navigation, service preparation, customer engagement, and making fresh soft cream treats in a mobile kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Ride shotgun, support the truck operator to ensure smooth, on‑time service
• Assist with navigation, service prep, and customer engagement
• Create fresh, made‑to‑order soft cream treats in the mobile kitchen
• Help keep the truck running smoothly, solve problems on the fly, and turn stops into a mini celebration

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer‑service skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Confident using GPS or maps
• Tech savvy
• Strong work ethic with a CAN‑DO attitude

Preferred

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or public speaking

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable standing for long periods in a tight space
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Fine‑motor skills for prepping and serving treats
