Sodexo in YORK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a Food Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations, including fast casual and cafeterias, with morning weekday shifts. The on-site role coordinates routine work and ensures a safe, welcoming environment for staff and customers.

You will supervise service employees, facilitate training, and work with customers to maintain high quality and satisfaction. This position offers a flexible environment and comprehensive benefits.

• 1+ year of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Morning weekday shifts and on-site presence required.

Food Supervisor

Location: YORK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT - 63013001

Workdays/shifts: Weekdays – morning shifts. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.25 per hour - $20.75 per hour

What You'll Do: As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.

• Facilitate orientation and training of employees

• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.

• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
