Sodexo at Prairie View A&M University is hiring for a full-time frontline supervisor role. You will support management in daily operations, help maintain a safe, clean environment, and train new staff while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service during varied shifts.

Location: PRAIRIE VIEW A&M UNIVERSITY - 77011002 Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process. Employment Type: Full-time Pay Range: $16.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour University students with restrictions on number of hours they can work, including international students, should apply for open student worker positions at the school they attend. What You’ll Do:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
