Sodexo at YORK COLLEGE OF PENNSYLVANIA is seeking a Food Supervisor. The role oversees on-site food operations, coordinating routine activities for service staff across fast casual, cafeteria, events, and cafés, under management direction.

You will lead safety, training, and customer satisfaction efforts, ensure timely shifts, and support management in daily functions while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Location: YORK COLLEGE OF PENNSYLVANIA - 10960003

Workdays/shifts: Afternoon/evening shifts/overnights - varying days, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $20 - $24

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provide oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
