Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Food Supervisor for OU Health – University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City. This on-site, full-time role covers afternoon/evening shifts with a focus on coordinating food service operations and staff across fast casual, cafeterias, events, and dining areas.

You will supervise on-site activities, maintain safety standards, train team members, and address client needs to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Food Supervisor

Pay Range: $19.56 - $20.44

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
