Sodexo is hiring a Food Supervisor to oversee on-site food operations at the hospital location. You will coordinate routine work activities of service staff across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes, under management direction.

You will lead onboarding, training, and safety initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day service. The role requires 1+ years in related work and prior supervisory experience preferred.

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible and willing to work varying shifts.
• Additional requirements: N/A

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $21.69 - $22.77

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
