Sodexo is hiring a Food Supervisor for the United Club AUS location. You will oversee on-site food service operations across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, and events, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience with preferred supervisory background. Expect flexible shifts, reliable attendance, and collaboration with management to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Employment Type: Full-Time Rotation Shift

Pay Range: $24.80 per hour - $24.80 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
