Job summary

Pilot Company in Buena Vista Township, MI is hiring Shift Leaders to supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily operations at our PFJ facilities. You will deliver friendly, efficient service and support managers to keep the location well-maintained and running smoothly.

The role requires strong customer service, basic math, teamwork, and willingness to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts at $14.95 and can go up to $22.22 per hour, with weekly pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required

Job Description

Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant.
