Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a part-time Food Service Worker at Tallulah Falls School, GA. Schedule includes Friday 11:30 am–7:30 pm and Sat/Sun 9:00 am–7:30 pm. Previous experience is not required; training provided.

Fixed pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with free meals and uniforms where applicable. Applicants join a team delivering school dining services with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service. Diversity and inclusion are emphasized as part of our values.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Part time schedule. Friday, 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous experience is not necessary. Willing to train!

Job Summary

• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
