Job summary

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for part-time Food Service Worker positions at Fairlawn Haven, 407 East Lutz Road, Archbold, OH 43502. The schedule includes 6:30 am–2:30 pm or 3:45 pm–7:30 pm with rotating weekends.

You will prepare, present and serve food, perform prep work, follow safety standards, maintain cleanliness and assist customers. Prior customer service experience is preferred; the team offers a robust benefits package and opportunities within a top hospitality company.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Washes, peels, cuts and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food with wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
