New Mexico Department of Health is seeking a Kitchen/Food Service Worker to support meal preparation and service in a hospital or facility setting. No Prior Experience Or Training Required.
Must possess and maintain a valid NM Driver¿s License.
Must obtain a Defensive Driving Certificate.
This position will perform work primarily in a kitchen setting with exposure to high and low temperatures from ovens and freezers. Standing, walking, bending, squatting, and reaching above head and shoulders as well as the ability to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds is required. Incumbent may be exposed to minor physical harm such as cuts from knives, kitchen machinery and other kitchen equipment.
