Job summary

Consolidated Management Company is seeking a Food Service Worker for the Lee County Jail in West Burlington, IA. You will prepare and serve quality meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, handling about 90 trays per meal in a clean, safe kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Experience with food preparation or cooking is a plus.

• Must have every weekend availability, but usually work every other

• Must be able to stay busy & keep things clean
• Must understand the importance of food safety & cleanliness
• Must be able to do what it takes during the tough times
